Don’t miss what is unfolding inside PDP right now.
Get the full picture before this political battle takes another turn.
Speaking on Arise News, Ulasi said the Anyanwu group took the matter to court but lost at the first level and also at the Court of Appeal.
According to him, those defeats have already settled the matter for now.
He argued that his faction remains the legitimate PDP, adding that their actions, including selling nomination forms, show they are operating as the recognized party.
Ulasi also pointed out that the opposing group has now gone to the Supreme Court, hoping to overturn the earlier judgments.
Despite that, he expressed confidence that the final ruling will still favour his side.
As the legal battle continues, many party members are watching closely.
The big question now is which faction will finally take full control of the PDP.
