A fresh political conversation has started after Senator Ayodele Arise shared a surprising story about land prices and development in his community.

The APC chieftain, who is eyeing a return to the Senate in 2027, spoke about how things have changed over the years.

Don’t miss this eye opening revelation people are reacting to.
Find out what has changed that is leaving many Nigerians talking.

According to him, he bought a plot of land in 2006 for just fifty thousand naira.

But today, he said no land in that same area sells for less than fifteen to twenty million naira.

He linked this massive increase to development, especially a major road that now passes through the town.

Arise explained that this kind of growth is the result of progress and improved infrastructure.

He also claimed that many people in the community still support him and appreciate what he has done.

His statement has now sparked mixed reactions.

While some see it as proof of development, others are asking if rising land prices truly reflect better living conditions for ordinary Nigerians.
