Arsenal sent ‘angry’ message as Erling Haaland and Pep Guardiola speak their minds
Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has warned Arsenal that the club will return “angry” next season after losing the Premier League title race.
City surrendered the title following a 1-1 draw against AFC Bournemouth, handing Arsenal their first league crown after three consecutive runner-up finishes behind Pep Guardiola’s side.
While manager Pep Guardiola praised his players for fighting despite injuries and difficult circumstances, Haaland admitted the season was “not good enough.”
“We should be angry, we should feel a fire inside our belly,” the striker said, insisting City would do everything possible to reclaim the title next season.

Arsenal, meanwhile, continue celebrations ahead of Sunday’s trophy lift and their upcoming UEFA Champions League Final clash with Paris Saint-Germain on May 30.
Haaland’s fiery reaction is already sending shockwaves through football fans online as rivalry tensions between Arsenal and City intensify again.
