“We Will Not Back Down” — Army Chief Sends Strong Warning To Terrorists Amid Rising Attacks
Fresh hope has emerged as Nigeria’s Army Chief makes a bold promise in the fight against insecurity.
Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu has assured Nigerians that the military is fully ready to defeat all security threats facing the country.
Speaking during a visit to Yobe State, he made it clear that the Army is not giving up.
Not now.
Not ever.
Despite recent deadly attacks on military bases, Shaibu said new strategies are already in motion to tackle the growing danger.
He also called on Nigerians and state governments to support soldiers risking their lives daily.
According to him, winning this fight is not for the Army alone.
It is for everyone.
During his visit to troops in Damaturu, he encouraged them to stay strong and remain focused, even after losing fellow soldiers in battle.
He urged them to honor the fallen by continuing the fight with courage.
At the same time, top leaders like Governor Babagana Zulum and Senator Ali Ndume showed support by visiting the Army and promising more help.
Many Nigerians are now watching closely.
Will this renewed promise bring real change?
Or is more still to come?
