You have a situation, INEC cannot tell you how it arrives at announcing Tinubu as president – Farotimi
Nigerians, brace yourselves! A human rights activist has dropped a bombshell that could shake the memory of the 2023 presidential election. Watch What Happened.
Dele Farotimi has alleged that Peter Obi was the real winner, and that INEC Chairman Mahmood Yakubu knows President Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not legitimately win.
Stop scrolling — you won’t believe the details, including how Farotimi says the official results were decided behind closed doors. Full shocking revelations are on Newsvista and every Nigerian who cares about democracy needs to see this.
Speaking to Edmund Obilo, Farotimi said boldly, “Yakubu knows Tinubu did not win the 2023 election. If I answer that question, it will be subjective, and the subjective answer will be Peter Obi.”
Farotimi, who was directly involved in Obi’s campaign, claimed with certainty that Obi won the majority of votes and captured the highest number of states. He didn’t hold back criticism of the Independent National Electoral Commission, saying, “But you have a situation today, and that’s the actual tragedy of Nigeria, where INEC cannot tell you how it arrived at announcing Tinubu as the president of Nigeria.”
These claims echo frustrations voiced by the Labour Party and Obi supporters about the credibility and transparency of the 2023 elections, which were challenged in court but ultimately upheld by the Supreme Court.
What do you think about Farotimi’s allegation? Could Obi really have won the election? Drop your thoughts in the comment section, and share this with someone who needs to see the inside scoop.
