In an interview with DAILY INDEPENDENT on Sunday, February 22, 2026, Mohammed said he would focus on direct engagement with constituents rather than relying on financial inducements. “The door-to-door campaign will let people see for themselves the drawbacks of money-driven politics,” he explained.
The seasoned educationist emphasized that his goal is to restore credibility and meritocracy in political leadership. He intends to show voters that true representation comes from accountability and service, not wealth.
